Romania’s Economy Grew More Than China’s or Japan’s in 1913-2013

Over a century, between 1913 and 2013, Romania’s GDP per capita rose faster than China’s or Japan’s, as the room for growth was greater. Back in 1913, Romania’s GPD per capita was 10% of the US’, and now it is at 40%, Liviu Voinea, deputy governor of Romania’s central bank, said on ZF Live.
