Agriculture's Black List: 40 Weeds For Which Farmers Will Be Fined

Romanian farmers will have to “fight” around 40 weeds in order to avoid fines of up to EUR100/hectare, according to the latest emergency ordinance draft aimed at fining owners who don’t remove weeds from their farmland.
