Boagiu: State-Owned Transport Companies Losses Down 23% From Targets

The operational losses incurred by the Romanian Transport Ministry's companies decreased 23% in the first half of the year compared to the targets agreed upon with the International Monetary Fund, thanks to the introduction of cost standards and amended contract conditions, says the ministry.
