Constitutional Court May Rule Only On Parliament’s Legislative Decisions

The Romanian Parliament's committee for legal matters on Tuesday approved an amendment to a Government emergency ordinance concerning the Constitutional Court, stating that the Court will issue rulings only with respect to the constitutionality of the Parliament’s legislative decisions.
