Constitutional Court Rejects President's 2019 State Budget Challenge

Romania’s Constitutional Court rejected on Wednesday a challenge filed by President Klaus Iohannis against the 2019 state budget bill but approved his separate challenge over a bill that caps certain fiscal-budget indicators for the year.
