Court Invalidates Bucharest City Hall's Decision To Establish Municipal Companies

The Bucharest Court of Appeals ruled Thursday to invalidate all city hall decisions establishing municipal companies, taken in 2017, following a lawsuit by political party USR. City Hall later reacted saying the court ruling would not affect the functioning of said companies.
