Drought Affected 40% Of Romania's Farmland – Agriculture Ministry

Drought has affected more than 3.7 million hectares of Romania's farmland (around 40% of the arable land), and 30.5% of fall 2011 wheat crop has suffered from the lack of water, says a document drafted by the Ministry of Agriculture.
