Finance Ministry Admits Agriculture Is Not Taxed, So It Cannot Raise Budget Collections

After years in which the authorities and politicians have just talked about taxing agriculture, the Finance Ministry readily admits “agriculture is less taxed than the rest of economic sectors,” trying t justify its inability to raise budget revenue to more than 32% of GDP.
