Government's List Of Priority EU Projects: Worth EUR7B And 0% Completed

Romania's Government has drawn up a list of 60 projects financed by the EU that will be monitored with priority, most of them at little over 0% completion despite being worth more than EUR7 billion combined, with the goal of boosting the pace of work at least 5-10% by the end of next year.
