Isarescu: Net Inflows Of EU Funds Hit EUR30.4B In Last 10 Years, Or, An Average Of 1.8% Of GDP/Year

Romania benefited from EU funds of nearly EUR45.7 billion between 2007 and 2017, which represents an average of 2.8% of the gross domestic product (GDP), annually, and, in terms of net value, factoring in Romania’s contribution to EU budget too, inflows reached EUR30.4 billion, or, an average of 1.8% of GDP per year, central bank governor Mugur Isarescu told a press conference on Monday.
