The flaws of the education system cost Romania several percentage points of its gross domestic product and the economy lacks sufficient professional managers who are really necessary in a time when businesses are passed on from founders to their children, in which case the failure rate reaches 70%, said Vasile Iuga, country managing partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).
