The education system reform that led to the lowest pass rate among students taking the high-school graduation exam of the entire history of the system leaves behind more than 110,000 young people who were worth EUR1 billion to the country's economy. Will the Government find solutions to pay them unemployment benefits or to get them jobs, considering one in five people informally employed is a high-school graduate?
