RMGC Wins New Case Contesting 2010 Urbanism Certificate For Rosia Montana Mining Project

The Cluj Court has rejected an action filed by two non-governmental organizations requesting the cancellation of the urbanism certificate issued in 2010 for the gold mining project in Rosia Montana, western Romania, Canada’s Gabriel Resources said in a press release Wednesday.
