Romania Accepts EU Deficit Rules On Condition Of Being Allowed At Eurozone Member Talks

President Traian Basescu announced last night, before leaving for the European Union summit, whose main agenda is to reach agreement on deficit rules in the European Union, that Bucharest will accept the document, but asks that Romania be allowed in at the discussions of eurozone members.
