Romania Could Face Infringement Over Irregularities In Contracts Awarded By Sector 3 City Hall

The European Commission might start infringement procedures against Romania and might impose financial sanctions of tens of millions of euros after it found irregularities in contracts awarded by Bucharest’s sector 3 city hall during the mandate of former democrat liberal mayor Liviu Negoita.
