Romania’s EU Fund Absorption Rate End-2011 At 5%

EU reimbursements – the amounts disbursed by the EU for works already delivered – which is what really counts when we are talking about EU fund absorption and represent in fact the absorption rate, rose to EUR1 billion last year, from EUR465 million at the end of 2010.
