Romania To Issue Fewer Work Permits For Foreigners In 2012

Romania's Government has decided to limit the number of work permits for foreigners to 5,500 in 2012 (the same as this year), and has reduced the number of authorizations for permanent and trans-border workers, citing the threat of "social dumping" because of unpaid social security contributions.
