Romania To Keep Polls Open Two Extra Hours For July 29 Impeachment Referendum

Polls for the July 29 referendum on impeaching Romanian President Traian Basescu will open at 7 a.m. and close at 11 p.m. instead of the usual 9 p.m., Prime Minister Victor Ponta announced Wednesday.
