Salaries Bounced Back Quicker In The Private Sector

The salaries of the 1.2 million people working in industry, a sector mainly made up of private companies, rose by 6% in the May 2010-May 2011 period, a sign that the steps to slash costs businesspeople took in good time allowed them to motivate their employees during a challenging year for the economy.
