Social Democrats, Former Coalition Party UNPR Sign Protocol To Endorse New Cabinet

Victor Ponta, Romania’s Prime Minister-designate and leader of the Social Democratic Party (PSD), and Gabriel Oprea, head of the National Union for the Progress of Romania (UNPR), part of the former ruling coalition, on Wednesday signed a protocol for the endorsement of the new Government.
