State Representatives Banned From Joining More Managing Boards, General Assemblies

Romania’s Government has decided state representatives will be allowed to be part of a single managing board or a single shareholders’ general assembly, banning them from being part of the decision-making process in more than one company, Prime Minister Victor Ponta said Wednesday.
