Transport Ministry To Take Over Telecomunicatii CFR, Through Debt-Equity Conversion

Romania's Transport Ministry will take over Telecomunicatii CFR, a branch of state railway administrator CFR SA which provides telecom infrastructure, after the company settles part of its 235.06 million lei (EUR55 million) debt to the state budget by converting it into shares.
