U.S. Antimissile Shield In Romania To Be Exclusively Defensive – State Secretary

The ballistic missile defense system the United States will deploy in Romania is not directed against any state and is “exclusively defensive”, Foreign Affairs Ministry state secretary Bogdan Aurescu said Saturday before the defense and security committee of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly.
