Government Promises RON6.1B For Highways In 2015, Like In 2014, When It Spent Just RON4.6B

The transport sector got 6.3 billion lei (EUR1.4 billion) this year, but just RON4.65 billion (EUR1 billion) were spent. For 2015, the RON6.1 billion (EUR1.4 billion) budget is 30% higher on paper, but it is not certain how much of this sum is going to be spent.
