Nearly Half of Romanians Buying Online Prefer Payment on Delivery

Romanians, as most Europeans, are more and more attracted to online payments, but nearly half of Romanians (46%) making online purchases prefer to pay cash or card on delivery, compared with just 11% of Europeans, a report by ING showed Monday.
