Esop: Office Space Demand By Firms In Romania Up 14% In January-September

Office space demand by midcap companies in Romania rose 14% in the first nine months of 2013, and 54% of them are disposed to pay monthly rent of up to EUR11/square meter, according to real estate consulting company Esop.
