Skanska And Prime Kapital Discuss Splitting GRIRO Site

One of the largest deals on the Bucharest real estate market, which involves the site of a former communist plant, is taking shape, as GRIRO, held by businessmen Nicolae Badea and Fatih Taher, has selected two real estate developers to discuss sale of the 11-hectare plot near Gara de Nord (Bucharest’s North Train Station).
