Pinebridge Won’t Sell AKTA For Less Than EUR200M

US-Asian investment fund Pinebridge, owner of Digital Cable Systems (AKTA), the biggest independent player on Romania’s cable TV market, reportedly rejected takeover bids of around EUR100 million for the operator as it expects to get double that sum for the company, industry sources close to talks told ZF.
