Bank of Cyprus on Wednesday said it has signed an agreement to sell its assets related to Societatea Companiilor Hoteliere Grand SRL, a company incorporated in Romania and owner of the JW Marriott Bucharest Grand Hotel, to Austria’s Strabag SE.
