The future chief executive officer of the OMV Group, Emma Delaney, will become interim member of the Supervisory Board of OMV Petrom (SNP.RO), effective September 1, replacing Alfred Stern, who has recently waived his mandate, OMV said in a report to the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
