Bankruptcy Procedure Will Also Apply To Reinsurers

The bankruptcy procedure will also apply to reinsurers, alongside insurance-reinsurance companies, according to a bill approved Wednesday by Romania's Government, which amends Law 503/2004 on the financial recovery and bankruptcy of insurers.
