Electro Sistem Sees Net Profit Shrink 39.3% To RON10.1M YoY In 2025

Electro Sistem, a manufacturer and supplier of electricity control and distribution equipment based in Baia Mare and held by entrepreneurs Stefan Blasko and Roland Kerekes, ended 2025 with a turnover of RON167.2 million (EUR33.1 million), down 6.8% from RON179.4 million (EUR36 million) reported in 2024, as per calculations by Ziarul Financiar (ZF) daily based on finance ministry data.
