Fitch Downgrades Banca Romaneasca To 'B-' With Negative Outlook

Fitch Ratings on Monday downgraded Romanian lender Banca Romaneasca's (BROM.RO) long-term issuer default rating to "B-," with negative outlook, because of the bank's dependence on its parent, National Bank of Greece (NBG), for funding and liquidity.
