Romgaz Shareholders Approve 2026 Budget 40% Lower Profit, Record Investments

Romgaz (SNG.RO) shareholders approved the 2026 Spending and Revenue budget during an ordinary general meeting on May 29, estimating total revenue of RON7.57 billion individually, 9.3% lower than in 2025.
