Law firm PeliPartners has assisted Anchor Grup, the owner of shopping centers Bucuresti Mall and Plaza Romania, in contracting a loan of EUR80 million from lender Banca Transilvania, necessary to fund Anchor Grup’s retail and office operations in Romania.
