Pension Fund AZT Viitorul Tau Now Owns More Than 5% In Banca Transilvania

Pillar II pension fund AZT Viitorul Tau, managed by Allianz-Tiriac Pensii Private, overshot the 5% mark with its Banca Transilvania (TLV.RO) stake on October 28. The stake is worth about RON2.2 billion (EUR420 million), according to a notification to the Bucharest Stock Exchange on Friday.
