SIF Shareholders Push Ahead With Request For BCR Listing

On Thursday, on the initiative of Ioan Cuzman, president of SIF Banat-Crisana, the management teams of the five regional investment funds (SIF) met the group of shareholders owning 5% in the capital of the five SIFs, which asked for the general meeting to be convened and mandate their management to ask Erste to list Banca Comerciala Romana (BCR).
