SIFs Prepare EUR1 Bln Exit From BCR

Austria’s Erste Group Bank (EBS.RO), majority shareholder of Banca Comerciala Romana, or BCR, could pay EUR1 billion for the remaining 30.1% in the bank, which is in the hands of the five regional investment funds (SIFs).
