Andrei Timofte Launches Takeover Bid For 18.77% Stake In Transilvania Constructii

Andrei Iancu Timofte, general manager of Romanian constructor Transilvania Constructii (COTR.RO), launches a takeover offer for the 18.77% stake it does not own in the company, valued at 11.71 million lei (EUR2.88 million), or RON62 per share.
