EBRD Sells 0.4% Stake In OMV Petrom For RON85M

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) Wednesday sold 20% of its stake in Romanian leading oil company OMV Petrom (SNP.RO) for 84.9 million lei (EUR18.8 million).
