Fondul Proprietatea Head Has Plan B In Case Dividend Payment Is Not Allowed

Franklin Templeton, the manager of Fondul Proprietatea (FP.RO), is considering several options for using the 543 million lei (EUR120 million) profit from 2011 unless it can get a “waiver” from the Justice Ministry allowing it to pay dividends. One of the options is to buy back shares.
