Ionescu, BVB: Romania Should Sell Transelectrica, Transgaz Stakes Below Market Price

Romania needs to go below the market price when selling 15% stakes in Transelectrica (TEL.RO) and Transgaz (TGN.RO), to make sure that investors bid, Wednesday said Valentin Ionescu, general manager of Bucharest bourse operator BVB (BVB.RO).
