Leu Flat Vs Euro In Early Action

The Romanian leu opened lower in early session Thursday, trading at 4.5 to the euro, after central bank governor Mugur Isarescu said Wednesday evening that the leu should fall after the lowering of the key rate and the reserve requirements.
