SIF Banat-Crisana Plans To Indirectly Acquire EUR6M Assets In Agricultural Sector

SIF Imobiliare (SIFI.RO), a firm registered in Cyprus and held by Romanian regional investment fund SIF Banat-Crisana (SIF1.RO), Wednesday said it set up the firm SIFI TM Agro to which it granted a loan of EUR6 million that will be used to "acquire real estate assets in the agricultural sector."
