U.S. Franklin Templeton Could Lose Management Of Fondul Proprietatea Over Procedural Error

U.S. company Franklin Templeton could end its mandate as manager of the EUR2.5 billion funds of Romanian investment fund Fondul Proprietatea (FP.RO) after the Bucharest Court of Appeals irrevocably annulled the September 2010 decision whereby the company officially became the fund’s manager.
