Adama Group Buys 10% Stake In Agricover

Adama Ltd, an agribusiness group with $3.9 billion turnover globally, has bought 10% of the share capital of Agricover, the main distributor of farm inputs in Romania. The representatives of the two companies did not disclose the value of the transaction.
