Antitrust Body Starts Investigation Targeting Port Administrator

Romania’s Competition Council has started an inquiry on the ship piloting and towage market, targeting ports administered by state-owned company Administratia Porturilor Maritime Constanta (CNAPM), following several complaints filed by port operators.
