Bucharest Court Of Appeals Rejects Contestations Regarding Auction To Build Lugoj-Deva Highway

The Bucharest Court of Appeals Monday overruled the contestations filed by constructor Spedition UMB, controlled by Romanian businessman Dorinel Umbrarescu, and Austrian group Strabag regarding the contract awarded for the construction of the second section of a highway linking Lugoj to Deva.
