Romania’s industrial and logistics market continues to expand, with the modern stock reaching 8.17 million square meters at the end of third quarter of 2026, following the delivery of almost 340,000 square meters in the first nine months of the year, according to the Romania Industrial Marketbeat Q3 2026 report by Cushman & Wakefield Echinox.
