Major differences in the level of completion from one segment to another, expropriation that has yet to be conducted, many bridges still far from completion, and kilometer-long stretches where foundation work is still under way, instead of asphalt pouring – this is what the construction site of the A3 Bucharest-Pitesti highway, visited by ZF at the end of last week, looks like.
